Update: We have pushed some updates into this article to clear up some vague references. The figure will indeed be sold in the U.K. under the name Over-Run.

Hasbro's Lead Designer Eric Seibenaler said it would be happening back in November of last year, and now we know that the Power Core Combiners figure Spastic will be named Over-Run instead.

The figure, when first announced, created a bit of controversy, with the name being considered insensitive for some Transfans based in the U.K. where the word is used to describe a person with the birth defect cerebral palsy in a derogatory way.

Hasbro explained that the figure with the name Spastic will not be sold in the U.K. It seems like the Over-Run character will.

The name will also make its way to Hasbro Canada with the name Over-Run, as the in-package shots on TFClub's TaoBao auction suggest.
