The Transformers ReGeneration #81 by IDW Publishing is close to launch in July 2012 and 1980's greatness continues as we see more and more things from this series, and the latest cover by Guido Guidi is not any different. The Cover B lines and colors posted by Mr. Guidi on his deviantArt page shows retro colors done all by his lonesome.

The original Marvel U.S. Transformers comic series has now been fully digitized and available on ComiXology, IDW Publishing announced today. The volumes were collected in physical form by the publishing company back in 2009, but have now been faithfully digitized to take anywhere on the go. The offerings include US Classics Vol 1, 2, and 3 at $12.99 each and individual issues #1 - #16 at $0.99 a piece. Browse this and many more titles at ComiXology.

Liking IDW Publishing's Transformers Autocracy so far? How about a sequel? While the original run of the 12-part maxi-series Autocracy has not run its course yet, co-writer Flint Dille has already teased Autocracy 2. In a post on his Facebook page discussing Autocracy #9 out this week, Mr. Dille writes, "[n]ot sure if we can talk about Autocracy 2 yet." Hopefully when San Diego Comic Con 2012 rolls around in July, we will be able to get some news about this new series.

On Fanboy Versus this past weekend, the crew had the chance to interview IDW Publishing's Senior Editor John Barber. In the interview, they asked Mr. Barber about his work on the new Transformers comic book series Robots In Disguise and More Than Meets the Eye, the former which he serves as writer. There is also a little Dark Tower chat thrown in there. Fanboy Versus is on the TF Radio Network, which is also home of Radio Free Cybertron, the official show of Tformers.com. Many Transformers fans were pleasantly surprised to hear that Geoff Senior, an original artist from the Marvel Transformers series, would be returning to provide an incentive cover for the upcoming IDW Publishing Transformers ReGeneration One series. Covers for issue #81 and #82 were shown at BotCon 2012 during IDW's panel, but obviously everything is better when you can view it closer than a projector screen. For those that were at BotCon 2012 this past weekend, we were given a look at the upcoming Transformers comics from IDW Publishing, including covers for More Than Meets the Eye #8 and Robots In Disguise #8. These covers have now been revealed in all of their glory by respective artists Marcelo Matere and Andrew Griffith . Both covers feature the Dinobots, with Mr. Matere explaining that his More Than Meets The Eye cover is heavily influenced by the Batman comic books. During IDW Publishing's BotCon 2012 panel, they showed off two fully-colored covers from their Transformers More Than Meets the Eye #7 and Robots In Disguise #7 books that will interconnect. These two dealer incentive covers were not connected at the panel, but thanks to Marcelo Matere, we now have a full look! As part of July's Dinobot Month, the Dinobots will be featured across all of the IDW Transformers properties, including these two books and ReGeneration One. Hit up the full view after the jump.

Fun Publications has let us in on a panel from their BotCon 2012 exclusive Transformers Timelines comic book, that will be available at the convention, taking place between April 26-29, 2012. Written by Jessse Wittenrich and Pete Sinclair, the setting is brought to life by Will Mangin with inks by Jake Isenberg and colors by Josh Burcham.
